Located in Cameroon, the BEAC Project spans a total BUA of 21,900 m², serving as the headquarters for the Banque des États de l’Afrique Centrale (BEAC). The development incorporates a range of functional spaces, including office areas, meeting rooms, a reception hall, an amphitheater, a multipurpose hall, as well as dining, relaxation, and sports facilities, all designed to enhance operational efficiency and occupant comfort.
For the BEAC Project implementation phase, Akoustone provided a comprehensive final acoustic study, including a thorough review of the initial acoustic assessment and the complete design package. The scope encompassed detailed acoustic analysis, a full soundproofing assessment, and interior architectural modeling to optimize acoustic performance. Additionally, a MEP noise assessment was conducted to ensure compliance with noise and vibration control standards, integrating acoustic solutions seamlessly within the project’s architectural and technical framework.
