Located in Cotonou, Benin, the Cité Administrative de Bénin spans a total BUA of 67,000 m², serving as a key governmental hub. The development includes administration buildings, a conference center, restaurants, a medical center, and various utility facilities, all designed to support efficient operations and public services.

 

Scope of work:

For the Cité Administrative de Bénin project, Akoustone provided full acoustic consultancy, ensuring optimal sound insulation, speech intelligibility, and noise control across all spaces. The scope included a detailed acoustic assessment, a comprehensive soundproofing strategy, and interior architectural acoustic modeling to enhance acoustic performance. Additionally, a MEP noise assessment was conducted to mitigate mechanical noise and vibration, ensuring compliance with project requirements and international acoustic standards.
