Project Description : Located in Koloma, the Cité Administrative de Koloma spans a total BUA of 104,000 m², serving as a major governmental hub. The development includes administrative buildings, an auditorium, a conference center, a workspace building, a heritage pavilion, and technical facilities, all designed to support efficient governmental operations and public services.

 

Scope of work:

For the Cité Administrative de Koloma project, Akoustone provided full acoustic consultancy, ensuring optimal sound insulation, speech intelligibility, and noise control across all spaces. The scope included a detailed acoustic assessment, a comprehensive soundproofing strategy, and interior architectural acoustic modeling to enhance acoustic performance. Additionally, a MEP noise assessment was conducted to mitigate mechanical noise and vibration, ensuring compliance with project requirements and international acoustic standards.
